This is made before the package arrives in our warehouse facility in Florida.
After selecting and paying for the item from your preferred vendor, you simply go to your KYO Courier account and enter the relevant information about the package we are to expect.
A price is generated by the system, you enter credit card details and make payment.
Package is them accepted in our warehouse and selected delivery services executed

Customs Duty is applied to Invoices over USD$50 and when no Invoice is submitted Customs applies a charge based on their market knowledge of items.

Jamaica Customs requires an invoice for all packages. Packages without invoices will result in delays.
Always attach an invoice for all incoming packages on the KYO Caribbean Logistics Website. You can attach your invoice by clicking the attach invoice link in the email that is sent to you in an email with the subject: Package Initiated. Failure to attach your invoice may result in delays.
Invoices can be attached only if there is an existing package on your profile.
